We were founded by Sylvie McCracken, a bilingual and bicultural real estate professional originally from Argentina, who brings a unique perspective shaped by her experience across cultures and real estate markets. With a background as a lifelong tenant turned landlord, Sylvie McCracken brings her unique, bicultural perspective and a wealth of experience to property management in Southern Oregon. Originally from Argentina, Sylvie is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and has expanded her investment portfolio to properties across five states. Her journey in real estate began as an “accidental landlord” and grew into a deep commitment to high-quality property management and investing. A mother of three children born on three different continents, Sylvie is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for both clients and tenants while helping her clients’ investments thrive.
With a strong focus on customer service, Princess Santonil brings warmth and efficiency to her role as Property Management Assistant. From handling customer inquiries to managing ad-hoc tasks, she ensures that both clients and tenants enjoy a seamless experience. Outside of work, Princess enjoys cooking and unwinding with her favorite TV shows—Friends and The Big Bang Theory are her go-tos for a good laugh after a busy day.
With a sharp focus on guest experience, Allyse brings energy and hands-on care to her role as Field Operations Manager. She oversees the cleaning team and works closely with guests and tenants alike to make sure every short-term rental is spotless, well-maintained, and guest-ready; helping keep our owners' net operating income trending upward. Outside of work, Allyse enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her husband and fur babies.
