Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
That's something only the applicant/tenant themselves can review and sign. In accordance with Fair Housing guidelines, lease agreements must be executed directly with the qualifying applicant(s) named on the application — we're not able to extend that to a third party. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Unfortunately, that's not something we offer directly. However, we work with a network of trusted agents who specialize in this — happy to connect you with a recommendation if you'd like. -
How and when do I get my checks?
